Weight Watchers will tell you that you can eat what you want and still lose weight - and they're right, as long as you like vegetables. When I ate only food I liked, I was out of Points by lunch time. Their plan used to really focus only on weight loss, and let you lose weight by really eating anything. Now they are just one more plan that tells you to eat healthy food and exercise. You don't need to pay anyone for that advice.

NOT WORTH ANY STARS. Taking advantage with false information to take our money in a time where the world is struggling to come back from pandemic. They falsely advertised $5 for 3 months. And after 1st month. I called because I wasn't even using it and it's ridiculous app. They said I was committed to the 3 month contract. So the charged me $33.89 for next 2 months. Waiting to hear back still as to see proof of this contract I never signed. They don't care . No customer service. Just want your money!!! Crooks. Thiefs.

WW and the website is AWEFUL! I have ordered 3 times and 1st order wrong, second order ok and now I have a missing 3rd order. We live in a condo and I do not believe someone here just took it! As soon as I can cancel I will!

Stay far away. I'd give it zero stars if I could. I joined on a promotion where it would be 5 dollars a month. Never once did it dab ANYWHERE that after a few months it would start charging me 22 dollars a month. I can't afford the 22 dollars a month and thought I had found something good for 5 a month. When mentioning this to WW they were very very unhelpful. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone

Years ago I could make recipes, type in the ingredients, and a point value would be provided. No longer. I could track walking by the minute, not anymore. Trying to find things within the app is ridiculous. When navigating for anything it keeps looping back to selling something, either foods or exercise programs. Not happy about that. Finding my zero point foods (didn't know I had to memorize them the first time they were created) took me several YouTube videos. Contacting someone for help about the app, nonexistent. Overall the diet makes sense but if there are 20 YouTube videos just to show you how to navigate the app, then it must be harder than it should be for someone who's just trying to change her eating habits.

When you don't want to renew a subscription they hit you with a $41.00 cancellation fee. NEVER again WW. There are several other online apps to help people track their meals.

App is difficult to maneuver. Took me 5 min to find where to log weight. When logging meals app do realize when new day begins so if you don’t manually change the day it adds meals to previous day. I canceled after 3 weeks but still have to pay 79.95. Will be contacting BBB. WW waste of $

However trying to cancel is difficult to the extent of being charged an extra month is taking the piss quite frankly.
I emailed on 17th Feb... and was told to ring.
Finally got hold of someone today after a huge wait to be told my sub has been paid till 21st March not happy a frigging cheek.

The Smart Ones Chicken Enchiladas Suiza has too many jalapeños it! I took 2 bites and it was way too hot. Made me start to choke/cough. Tame it down. :)

I have been a Weight Watchers life time member since the 80's. Unfortunately I had to return. I returned to my goal weight in 2019 and remained at goal through the pandemic. WW permanently shut down the WW studio I attended. As a Life time member at goal, you did not pay unless you were over goal weight. When they shut down in person meetings/studio, they offered on line meetings. I chose not to attend. Then WW decided they would change their policy and require you to sign in and report your weight despite life time status. They then charged my Credit Card for not signing in and recording my weight. When I caught on to this scam I called and cancelled my membership with a live representative, who apparently did not cancel my membership. I asked for a refund for the charges and was told a manager would contact me. Surprise they never did. However now they claim a manager contacted me via voice mail. They did not charge me for a couple months after I canceled may 2021. Then in October 2021 they decided they needed to resume charging me the monthly fee. When I called they said they had no record of me canceling and couldn't explain why they didn't charge me for 5 months but resumed for 6 months. They are now saying they can't help me from 2020 because I didn't return their voicemail. It is unfortunate because the program is great, however the management is very poor.

Got your chips you're paying more than a dollar for a little tiny bag they're horrible. Peanut butter chocolate mini bars don't even resemble peanut butter or chocolate save your money way over expensive caramel chocolate mini bars taste like sawdust save your money these are not worth it they are horrible.

I signed up for a ‘free trial’ which was what they advertise to their members to share with a friend. A friend shared the link with me and I thought I’ll use the trial to see if I use it. Turn out it wasn’t for me so I stopped using it mid way through trail. Yesterday they described £19.95 from my account. I contacted them about the error but they’re telling me it will only cancel after July. So I am now to pay £19.95 every month for the next 6 months for something which was supposed to be a ‘free trial’ and they say they can’t do anything about it until it cancels in July! This is dirty and hidden greed tactics (ironic it’s WW) and incredibly misleading and unfair. I’d never have even signed up, I was even deliberating over the free trial as I wasn’t that bothered but thought if it’s free then no harm! Little did I expect they would do the underhanded tactics! So angry and this is theft basically as I never at any point knew this was their condition and simply followed the steps to register with them. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER. Stay well clear, but worth it when so many other apps and free ones at that to use. Companies in this day and age should not be using such underhanded and dirty tactics to steal money.

When I went for my weigh in during November I was told that I could weigh myself at home and enter my weight on the App.. I did this in December & I was charged a fee for not weighing in. I called to complain. I was told I was given the wrong information November only the regular members can do this. They discriminate against their lifetime members & do not allow this now.

They are appallingly bad. Once you are trapped into a subscription it is impossible to escape even if they change their plan to something you hate and that you didn't sign up to. Their app doesn't work properly since the 'update' in late 2021 but they won't fix and again won't allow me to escape the plan. STAY AWAY from WW - it's just a giant gimmick to get you to buy their foods and products. Watch out - the ww foods are not weight loss friendly! Deceptive advertising and an ever-changing product. They are the worst weight loss site. They refuse to allow me to cancel my membership and so now I am paying for something I never wanted (gimmicky plan).
